The minimum risk training course consists of 8 hours, including 4 hours of theory and 4 hours of driving instruction. All individuals applying for a passenger car driver’s license must participate in this training, regardless of their method of instruction or previous driver’s licenses.

Here’s What You Need to Know About Risk Training
Risk training is also referred to as RTK training, risk management, or, officially, risk identification training, which is also the objective of the training.
Risk education is mandatory for everyone who is obtaining a driver’s license through a driving school or with a learner’s permit. The course includes 4 hours of classroom instruction and 4 hours of driving instruction. The course must be completed before taking the driving test for the driver’s license.
The goal of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to observe and identify traffic hazards, as well as to anticipate and avoid risks

The KSL reference interest rate refers to the reference interest rate referred to in the Consumer Protection Act in accordance with Section 12 of the Interest Act, which is published by the Bank of Finland twice a year and is valid for 6 months at a time. The applicable reference interest rate may not exceed 5%, i.e. the annual interest rate of the loan may not exceed 20%, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
Example purchase: €1,500, with a 12-month payment option. Annual interest rate: 0%. Credit cost/month: €5.60. Actual annual interest rate: 4.01%. Credit costs: €61.60. Total payable: €1,562. Installment/month: €130.60, 12 installments. The credit cost is 0.28%/month of the agreed credit limit, however, no more than €12.50/month. The credit cost is charged in monthly invoices. A driving school account is a continuous credit with a minimum credit limit of €2,000. Other uses of the credit may result in a higher or lower annual percentage rate of interest.
